INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS & AUDIT Most of today’s asymmetrical conflicts are civil and "intrastate" wars. The causes of these conflicts are typically driven by culture through racial, ethnic, or religious acrimony as inter- dynamics between social systems as opposed to pure ideological vehemence. Many analysts and organizations have difficulty in understanding or assessing the complexities associated in collecting and interpreting intelligence within these environments. Leadership is often unable to assess whether the allocated personnel and resources are effective without having extensive experience in either intelligence or operations. The Irregular Warfare Centre's Intelligence Analysis & Audit capabilities assist Intelligence directorate leadership in their tasks of analytical review, management, and oversight operating responsibilities. This assistance is accomplished through our independent initial review audits and consultations designed to monitor and evaluate the procedures and processes used by the organization and/or its vendors with regard to intelligence analysis quality, usefulness, effectiveness, relevancy, and security flow. HIGHLIGHTS
The Irregular Warfare Centre's analytic teams are lead and staffed by senior thought leaders from the intelligence community and military who know how to make intelligence most useful and insightful to the ultimate consumer--our nation's war-fighters and policy makers. Our Intelligence Analysis & Audit work is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization's operations, but we come to our clients and their employees or contractors as a partner for intelligence improvement as opposed to a policing or regulatory entity. Our internal intelligence analysis assessments help organizations accomplish their missions by implementing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of intelligence work, skill sets, and complex environment evaluation considerations. The IW Centre's services can also be used to review suspected improper vendor activities that may violate intelligence analysis services contracts or expectations through over-billing or money wastes, over-stated qualifications, gross incompetence, or gross inefficiencies in work.
