She has held senior and specialist positions for more than 20 years in global banking and fintech, focusing on financial intelligence and leading public-private partnerships. Based in Washington, DC, her expertise includes cartels, Chinese money laundering networks, and crypto. Catherine also served in the Air Force, where she specialized in military-commercial partnerships and emerging technologies such as unmanned/autonomous systems. She holds a Commercial Pilot Licence and a Part 107 s-UAS Remote Pilot Certificate, and volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol as a s-UAS technician/pilot. Catherine is a Network of Experts member with the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime and a 2026 Non-Resident Fellow with the Irregular Warfare Initiative.
